This feature is inspired by the awesome Pixothello and Cosmigo Pro Motion, but taken one step further.Draw in one tile and they all update instantly. This is really nice when making tile sets, as you can instantly see how all the tiles work together as you draw them. This still works if some of the instances are flipped or rotated.
(mostly because I can't figure out the color replacement tool)- Pressing enter when saving asks if you want to replace the file, yet it doesn't save it. Also colors sometimes snap to black when using the mixer and changing color.- It would be nice if the bucket tool had the ability to fill everything in the same color. Just having keys for it helps since my wacom can be wonky with scrolling.- When zooming out I almost lost my canvas which was kinda scary (how would I ever find it) Afterwards I realized I could just save and open the file again.- When selecting a color with the colordropper it doesn't update in the mixer unless you click on the color in the color window. You can also repeat the last export operation with a keypress, to quickly re-export for small changes.Designed to feel familiar to other graphics applications, Pyxel Edit is really easy to learn.It currently costs $9 for the beta, which will increase as it gets more mature.
